Pirate works fine for me most of the time, but the billing details can be a little confusing. I had to dig around a bit to figure out a few charges, which feels like something that should be more obvious upfront, you know? It’s not a huge issue, but clearer billing would definitely help.

I brought my gear in and they fixed it quicker than I was expecting. There wasn’t really any hassle, which makes me think they know what they’re doing since it didn’t take forever.

Tried to book an appointment and, the whole scheduling setup is kind of a joke. The options were way too limited, and none of the times really worked for me. I figured it would be a quick thing, but nope, just more of that booking nonsense to deal with.

I’ve used pirate a handful of times over the past few months, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The first time I went, I was surprised by how easy it was to settle in and get into a creative mood — it doesn’t feel too stiff or over-managed. On my last couple of bookings, the rooms had a nice energy, and I liked seeing other people coming in and out for music sessions too. It makes the place feel alive, like things are actually happening. I’m giving it 4 stars because some areas could be a bit cleaner, and booking has been slightly frustrating here and there. But i’d still go back.

The room was Clean and didn’t have any weird smells, which i really appreciated. Overall, happy with it.

I booked a room to play drums and was sorta surprised by how quiet it was from the outside. Inside, everything sounded clean too, with no outside noise creeping in. Made it really easy to just focus and play.

The door code didn’t work at first, so we were just standing outside trying it again and again, checking emails and messages, and waiting around before we could finally get inside. By then we’d already lost some of our booked time and everyone was irritated. It wasn’t the worst experience, but when you’re paying for access, it really should be smoother. Has anyone else had the same issue with the door codes?

I wasn't totally comfortable with the login process. Sketchy. There just wasn't enough clear info about how my account or data would be protected, so it left me feeling unsure about trusting it.

Pirate.com works really well for me mostly because the location is so easy. I can just pop in when I’ve got some spare time, do what I need to do, and carry on with my day. It’s one of those small conveniences that ends up making a real difference, and that’s probably why I keep coming back
